Recipes for Disaster

Collaborative work done for the Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS). We were to visualise these recipes shared by locals who live in natural disaster-prone areas, specifically San Vincente, Phillipines, Sipura (Mentawai, Indonesia), and Mae Chan (Chiang Rai, Thailand). These are recipes that locals relied on when they had limited supplies during natural disasters, highlighting their resilience and resourcefulness during dire times. The main challenge was settling on the same art style, formatting, and colour scheme between 2 artists.

O² Humanised Design

Humanising O² from the Kirby game series, using a set of randomly generated prompts: Game > Kirby > Antagonist > Humanised. Inspired by church deacons as many game theorists noticed the game series had many coincidental references to Christianity. Cloaked form is an imitation of a church deacon as seen by a false uncanny valley-esque face and loose skin, while the unveiled form is akin to biblical angels.

2023 Destiny Community Fanart Desktop Calendar

Picked as one of the 24 artists for the 2023 Destiny Community Calendar, organised by CFan Projects. Proceeds from the sale of the calendars were donated to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital Fundraiser in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. The artwork features my brother’s and my Warlock characters from the game Destiny 2.
